I'm gonna read "Jude the Obscure" this summer if it kills me, but I also think that this summer will have to be the summer of the Russian novel. I am going there, after all...
I think I'll read some Dickens. And some Hemingway. But I'm pretty open to suggestions. Plus I know that as soon as I get home, I'll reread something that I should be embarrassed to admit to rereading (maybe Anne of Green Gables...)
I'll be reading Shakespeare during my Study Abroad! After that, probably "100 Years of Solitude." I love that book. Any suggestions for new reads?

ReplyDeleteOoooo! I've got it: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Anyone interested in reading it with me in June-July and discuss it on the blog?

ReplyDeleteIf you're going to be taking on Dickens and Hemingway, then I think a little bit of light reading is in order.
